Make a Clothing Donation in Columbus, Dayton & Lancaster – Get Rid of Closet Clutter While Helping Those in Need

Clothing Donation in OhioMaking a clothing donation to National Kidney Services (NKS) is the perfect way to clear clutter from your closet and help those in need in Columbus, Lancaster, Washington Court House, Delaware, Dayton, Springfield, and throughout Central Ohio. By contributing used men’s, women’s, and children’s clothes, you join NKS and the National Kidney Foundation of Ohio in our quest to fight kidney disease. Together, we’re supporting initiatives to increase awareness about this illness, establish early detection programs, and increase the amount of research being done to find new treatments and, hopefully, a cure.

A clothing donation can include a variety of garments and accessories, including:

  • Dresses
  • Baby clothes
  • School uniforms
  • Halloween costumes
  • Sports team jerseys
  • Formal wear
  • Business casual attire
  • Coats and jackets
  • Snow gear
  • Ties, hats, and scarves
  • Handbags and briefcases
  • Jewelry and other accessories
  • And much more

Not only can you donate clothes to NKS, but we also welcome small appliances, small furniture, miscellaneous decorative items, televisions, radios, stereos, DVD players, books, toys, cookware, and much more. If you would like to schedule a complimentary donation pick up with NKS, simply call or fill out our online form to add your name to our regular donation call list. You can also make a clothing donation at our donation drop boxes or Ohio Thrift donation locations throughout the Columbus area.

In the United States alone, twenty-six million people are currently suffering from kidney disease. Help NKS, in conjunction with NKF, fight this battle and make a positive difference in the lives of everyone affected by this epidemic. Don’t hesitate – donate today or contact us to learn more about why we're among the best charitable organizations in Central Ohio.
